Kyle Bennett is an avid traditionalist, and holds a 2nd Dan in Okinawan Karate and a 1st Dan in Kenpo. He is co-owner of River Valley Martial Arts in Russellville AR and attends London Baptist Church. Kyle is a gifted teacher, specializing in the practical applications of traditional kata in self-defense situations.

Affectionately known as “Mr. Kyle” by his youth students, Sensei Bennett balances hard work with fun, and runs a high energy program that focuses on fitness, self-defense, and tournament forms/sparring. Adults enjoy Kyle’s high energy workouts and how he brings a deeper understanding of the martial arts to the students by focusing on the practical application of kata in real life situations.

Sensei Bennett also teaches specialized self-defense classes for children and women.
